Move & Groove
A combination of jazz and hip hop, our Move & Groove classes are an excellent way to build you confidence and fierceness! Great for cardiovascular fitness, artistic expression and overall physical activity. With the guidance of our staff, students are encouraged to participate in the dance making process, working with teachers and students to form routines they truly love and are fully a part of.

Ballet
Ballet is the technical foundation of most genres of dance. Ballet assists with the development of a sense of discipline through learning new positions progressively, coordination and balance and how to control your body in motion. These fun, step-by-step classes are designed to build confidence so you can channel your inner ballerina. Ballet classes at Stars Within are non-syllabus.

Tap
Tap teaches musicality by the creation of various sounds and rhythms. At Stars Within, we offer innovative, seated tap dance class, ideal for dancers with limited mobility. Gloves are outfitted with metal taps (like on tap shoes). When you strike the wooden board on your lap, great music is made! . Whimsical dance moves are done to fun music, and are easy to follow.
Custom Classes and Programs
1:1 Classes:
1:1 classes are completely tailored to the students preferences and desired outcomes, these lessons are a great way to have undivided attention from the teacher and work on specific goals.
Schools and Service Providers: Stars Within Inclusive Dance have been providing recreational inclusive dance classes to schools since 2022. We strive to deliver programs that are tailored to the needs of your school and students. Our experienced instructors have been background checked to work with students and children of all ages. Enquire today for more information regarding these services.

External school holiday programs are hosted each year in partnership with Liverpool City Council and are free to all participants.

Stars Within does not hold lessons on the following public holidays:

Our classes welcome all, regardless of age and disability. All dancers at Stars Within are treated with equal amounts of love and respect.

Yes, all studios at Stars Within are easily accessible and wheelchair friendly.

Stars Within is not a registered NDIS service provider. However, eligible students can pay for their dance classes using their NDIS funds. As we offer group and centre based activities, you may be able to claim our dance classes through your NDIS plan if it is Self or Plan Managed under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on your goals.
Students that do not have NDIS funding are still welcome at Stars Within regardless.

Yes, throughout the dance year we participate in various events and perform all around Sydney! We also host an annual end of year concert each year so your Star is bound to showcase their talent!
